A small guitar with a massive personality!
This example from the 1950s is an uber-fun Terz guitar! For those not in the know, a Terz guitar is a shorter scale guitar that is tuned up to a higher pitch. In the case of this guitar, it's tuned to G standard. These are a compact 21.5" scale length, and are so much fun to play.
This particular example has had some work done, however is in awesome playing condition which can be tricky with these old guitars. These feature mahogany back and sides with a spruce top, rosewood fretboard, and rosewood bridge. This particular one has had the tuners replaced as well as a custom made pickguard (the original is included). It's also had a neck reset and the bridge has been reglued.
Cosmetic condition is good throughout with the typical wear, checking, scratches, and dings for an instrument of this age. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action. Currently strung up with a set of 10-47 gauge acoustic strings.
