Rock out with the 'Roc Jet'.
The Roc Jet was initially introduced in 1969 and stayed within the Gretsch catalogue until being discontinued in 1976. Featuring a single cutaway, semi-hollow construction, the Roc Jet is a super fun, lightweight, rock 'n' roll machine. This particular example has had some changes throughout the years including replaced tuning machines, replaced pickups (TV Jones installed, which sound killer by the way), a newer Bigsby added, electronics replaced, and refinished in black with what appears to be some binding work done to it.
Knobs and bridge however appear to be original. Definitely a players grade example! Sounds bright and honky, and would no doubt cut through a mix with ease.
Cosmetically this example is in reasonable condition, with the expected checking, dings, and marks present throughout the instrument. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action. Includes what appears to be a non-original case.
