A very cool Thinline Deluxe from Greco!
The late '70s were quite a time for Greco in which their guitars began to more closely resemble their Fender/Gibson counterparts with more accurate silhouettes and a higher degree of building precision. As a result, this particular period has become quite desirable when discussing the lineage of Japanese-built instruments. Dating to 1977, the TE-500 from Greco features a pancake ash body semi-hollow construction in combination with a maple neck. A 7.25" fretboard radius and authentic feeling neck profile make for a guitar that looks and feels much like its counterpart. Retains what appears to be original, wiring, and pots.
Cosmetic condition is good for its age with the the main noticeable defect being a ding near the bass side f-hole. Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action. Currently strung up with flatwound strings. No case or gig bag included.
