Early '70s vibe from Fender Japan!
Dating to between 2006 and 2008, this example is a ST72-66US model which aims to recreate some of the looks and specifications of early '70s examples. Composed of a basswood body with bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard, this example features a 7.25" fretboard radius in addition to an 'oval' neck profile. These particular examples came factory with USA vintage pickups, which sound excellent in this example. Other features include a bullet truss rod, CBS headstock, and a three bolt neck. A great player, and a fraction of the price of a new one!
Cosmetic condition is good, showing signs of wear in the form of dings, scratches, and discolouration throughout. The frets show pivoting all throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a gig bag.
