A great playing example with some serious upgrades under the hood!
This example dates to 2006 and was apart of the second series of Highway One Stratocasters, which were released between 2006 and 2011. Finished in a great feeling, nitro Daphne Blue, these models were US made. Featuring the larger CBS-style headstock as well as modern appointments such as a 9.5" fretboard radius, the Highway One Stratocaster was many peoples first foray into US-made Fender guitars.
Under the hood of the non-original pickguard, is a set of Monty's Stratocaster pickups as well as Bare Knuckle pots and capacitors. A great upgrade that really takes this example up a notch!
Cosmetic condition is reasonable with some scratching and scuffing present throughout the body. Notably there is a ding located by the bottom strap pin, and on the top of the lower horn. Hardware is fully functional, and pays with a low-medium action. Includes a non-original hard case.
