One our all time favourite production models from Martin!
Boasting an all solid mahogany construction, the 000-15M employs the enormously comfortable 000 shape to deliver a warm and direct sound, unique to these mahogany models from Martin. These examples feature a 25.4" scale length alongside an easy to access, 14th fret neck join. A modified low oval neck with standard taper is present as is x-bracing making for an easy to play and great sounding instrument with plenty of natural resonance. A gorgeous example from Martin that we can't put down!
Cosmetic condition is very good with rub wear present on the bass side lower bout and on the back of the neck, which has taken on a nice sheen. There is a minor ding on the base of the instrument. An under saddle passive pickup has been installed on this model as well as a strap pin. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes the original case.
