A great playing Jazz Bass from Fender Japan!
Taking inspiration from the specifications of early 1960s examples, the Classic '60s range delivers great vintage-inspired feel without compromising on modern build quality. This particular example appears to be a partscaster as the serial directly references a vintage white example with tortoiseshell guard. Now paired with a black body which appears to be a basswood equivalent, this model features a slim 'C' neck profile as well as a period correct 7.25" vintage radius. Electronics appear to be correct for this type of model and features the same ground connection typically featured on these models. Nice and balanced with a punchy sound!
Cosmetic condition is good showing play wear consisting of swirl marks, light scuffing, and scratching on the black finish. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes a Fender-branded gig bag.
