This '50s Standard from 2019, finished in a stunning gold top, features a '50s style neck carve alongside vintage deluxe tuners, burstbucker pickups, and hand-wired electronics with the fabled orange drop capacitors! This particular model is Gibsons attempt at capturing the look and feel of a '57 gold-top, at a more approachable price point.
Cosmetic condition is great overall, with some minor dings here and there. There is minor checking present at the volume and tone controls. Plugged in it has an exceptionally earthy and balanced tone, with a startling amount of resonance when played unplugged.
Hardware is fully functional, and plays well with a low action and setup in-store. Includes original hardshell case and case candy.
