The true definition of a sleeper amp!
The Champ 12 released in the 1980s as a compact, 1x12" 12-watt combo. Utilising two 12AX7 tubes and a 6L6 tube in the power amp, the Champ 12 has some serious gusto to its sound. Features a mid-boost switch on the treble control which is super neat. Despite being a Champ, it actually has some really nice gain and saturation when the preamp is dimed. Really cool combo for not a massive amount of money!
Finished in a white snakeskin, the cosmetic condition is reasonable with some minor wear and discolouration throughout. Hardware is fully functional and appears to utilise its original speaker and footswitch!
