This CT6M California Carve Top was introduced around 2004, and features a high level of refinement and practical feature offerings that really distinguish from other instruments of the time. Features a mahogany body with set-neck construction as well as an ebony fretboard. Originally featuring the C22 pickups offered by Carvin, this example has been outfitted with aftermarket replacements. Otherwise, everything else appears correct for this model.
Playability is unreal, and super effortless. Of note, this instrument has incredible natural sustain which we haven't come across in too many other comparable guitars. Super balanced and articulate, this is truly a joy to play and hear.
Cosmetic condition is okay, with minor dings and scratches throughout. However there appears to be some lacquer separation by the heel of the neck, which for the moment appears stable (see photos). Hardware and electronics are fully functional, and plays excellently with a low action. Includes the original hardshell case and original pickups in the case.
