Each coil is wound with 42 AWG heavy formvar wire around Alnico V magnets, paired with vintage-style cloth hookup wire and wax potted for reliability. The result is bright, articulate highs with the warmth and balance that shine in any mix. With a vintage 52 mm spacing and vintage stagger pole pieces, the set gives you flexibility to match your guitar and playing style.

For noise reduction, the middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity (RWRP) when purchased as part of a set, delivering hum-cancelling in positions 2 and 4 without sacrificing sparkle.
