1992 Peavey Tracer LT Black

A real shredder from the early '90s!

One of the great US-based manufacturers, Peavey put out some seriously cool amplifiers as well as guitars that have since developed a devoted fan base. This particular example appears to date to 1992 based off its serial, and is the Tracer LT model, finished in black. Composed of a poplar body with bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard, this examples features a scale length of 24.75" in combination with a 43mm nut width. Featuring a HSS configuration, this example has a seriously loud bridge pickup in combination with some nice and jangly single coils. From what we've read, these models originally had coil tapping, however this example does not possess this feature. A really cool example from a great US company!

Cosmetic condition is good for its age showing minor dings and scratching throughout the body. The backplate appears to be aftermarket, with the control plate missing a screw. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a medium action. Bridge posts are as low as they can go. Includes a rectangular ABS case.
