2010 Gibson Les Paul R8 Custom Shop Lemon Burst

Another great R8 with a gorgeous plain top!

This example dating to 2010 features a gorgeous plain top in an equally attractive Lemon Burst finish. Replicating the specifications of the '58 Les Paul Standard, this example features an unchambered mahogany body, maple cap, mahogany neck, and a remarkable piece of rosewood for the fingerboard. As typical for the majority of R8 models, this example features an exceptionally full and rounded neck profile, with plenty of depth. At some stage, this example has had the fretboard levelled and refretted with jumbo fretwire. The nut has also been replaced. It currently has a set of Gibson '57 pickups in it, but comes with the originals which can be swapped in. This one feels great in hand with a nice balanced sound and plenty of unplugged spank. 

Cosmetic condition is okay with some scuffs, dings, and scratches throughout. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes the original hardcase and COA.
