An excellent recent release from Pat Metheny and Ibanez!

Pat Metheny has had a working collaboration with Ibanez going back to the late '80s, following on from his stint playing a blonde ES-175. This latest incarnation takes some design notes from an instrument made for Metheny by luthier Daniel Slaman. These particular examples recently released have been made in Indonesia. Featuring a spruce top with maple back and sides, the PM3C also employs a three-piece nyatoh/maple neck construction. Most impressively and not seen on too many modern production instruments is a Charlie Christian style pickup, made for this exclusive model. Featuring a 12" fretboard radius in combination with a smaller 24.7" scale length and a shallower body depth, the PM3C is a delight for those looking for something a bit more compressed than a standard electric archtop.

Cosmetic condition is near mint with little to no play wear or dings present, and the original piece of foam under the saddle still in-tact from the factory. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low action. Includes the original hardcase.
