Breedlove ECO Collection Pursuit Exotic Series Concert CE Amber

Originally established in 1990 in Bend, Oregon, Breedlove have crafted out a niche within the acoustic world. Renowned for their unique designs and approach to construction, Breedlove place an emphasis on sustainability through their careful selection of tonewoods.

This particular example from the Exotic series utilises a solid Myrtlewood top, a tonewood native to Southwestern Oregon, highlighting some of the best tonal elements of rosewood, mahogany, and maple. Myrtlewood is also used in tandem with Mahogany for the layered back and sides. Similarly with other models, the Exotic series also features an African Mahogany neck and Fishman Presys I pickup and pre-amp system.
